Pastor arrested and arraigned in court for allegedly drugging and raping 19-year-old girl inside his church in Delta

         

The Founder and General Overseer of Victory Revival Fasting and Prayer Ministry in Warri, Delta state, Bishop Elijah Orhonigbe, has been arrested and arraigned in court for allegedly raping a 19-year-old girl, name withheld, within his church hall on Wednesday, May 20.
