Marcus was said to have gone to buy recharge card for his phone and on returning to the gate was gunned down by unknown assailants who also took his rifle before speeding away.
On hearing the gunshots, his colleagues who were inside rushed out and took him to Obafemi Awolowo Teaching Hospital where he was confirmed dead.
The gunmen didnot attack Ooni's residence nor robbed any of the occupants but made away with the targetted security guard, Marcus' rifle.
