I prefer to eat my caramels, not drink them

Tried this Diet Pepsi Jazz: Caramel Cream flavor, and whoa, is it sweet. Did they have a bunch of nine-year-olds on the testing committee over at Pepsico? Nothing diet should taste this teeth-rotting.
